Secretary, OLPS Kenya Board
Anastasia N. J. Sinawa is the Founder and Executive Director of OLPS, and serves as the Secretary to the OLPS Board of Directors. A visionary leader and accomplished public health practitioner, Anastasia plays a key role in guiding the Board’s strategic deliberations, strengthening governance systems, and fostering alignment between OLPS’s mission and its operational oversight.
With over three decades of experience in public health, community development, and nonprofit leadership, Anastasia brings unparalleled institutional memory, clarity of vision, and policy insight to her role. She holds professional certifications in HIV programming, counseling, leadership, and psychosocial support, and has led OLPS through a transformative journey of growth, impact, and credibility.
As Board Secretary, Anastasia facilitates the documentation and execution of Board decisions, supports governance compliance, and links the Board with the executive team. Her leadership continues to inspire trust across communities, donors, and stakeholders—both locally and globally.
Anastasia is also an African Visionary Fellow and a Gratitude Network Fellow, widely recognized for her service to marginalized populations and her deep belief in dignity-led development.
