Edward Mukasa is a dynamic and values-driven human resource professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at OLPS. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Maseno University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Leadership (BML) from the Management University of Africa, and a Diploma in Management (Human Resource Option) from the Kenya Institute of Management. Edward is also a Certified Human Resource Practitioner (CHRP) and a proud member of both the Kenya Institute of Management (KIM) and the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).

His journey with OLPS began in 2015 as a volunteer, and his dedication and leadership potential quickly led to his formal engagement as a Data Officer under the OVC program in 2016. Since then, Edward has grown through the ranks to lead the organization’s HR function, supporting talent management, staff development, workplace culture, and compliance with HR best practices and labor standards.

Edward’s personal and professional growth within OLPS reflects his deep commitment to the mission of empowering communities and fostering a healthy, values-based work environment.
